Parents/Families are invited to attend this meeting where the Beavers will recite the Beaver Promise, Law and Motto and receive their neckers, woggles and area badges. Refreshments will be served. Don’t forget your camera.
Sat. Oct. 12 Annual Apple Day Fund Raiser
9:30 A.M. All Beavers are to be in full uniform (hat and vest) and dressed appropriately for the weather! We will be asking for donations for scouting and in return we will be giving out fresh apples. Please note we do not sell apples, but take donations (just a technical tidbit). We will meet by the bus shelters in the No Frills parking lot at 9:30 sharp! Please plan to attend with your child and assist in this fundraising effort. This is our major fund-raiser for the year and gives us our operating funds for activities. Each Beaver participating will receive an Apple Day 2007 badge!

There will be 2 other Beaver/Cub groups to join us. They are responsible for coordinating, supervising & paying for their own children.
Tues. Dec. 18 Family Ice Skating at Victoria Park. Please bring out the family to enjoy the Christmas lights and some exercise. Please dress appropriately for the weather! The rink is closed from 5:30 to 6:30 each day for resurfacing. Therefore, we will meet by the stage at 6:00 and enjoy a walk through the park to admire the lights and displays first.
Reminder: Winter boot season is here but please remember that each Beaver is expected to wear running shoes in the church.
